Then you need aSpreadsheet |
A spreadsheet can look a bit dauting at first, as all you see is a blank grid, however a spreadsheet is a very useful tool for working with numbers. A spreadsheet can be used to store and perform many different calculations with numbers including simple arithmetic, finding averages, the minimum/maximum of a set of numbers. Once you have 'told' the spreadsheet what sum to do with a certain set of numbers, if the numbers change then the spreadsheet will automatically redo the sum and give the new answer. This makes spreadsheets a very useful tool for calculating budgets, wages, keeping track of accounts, etc. as figures can be altered as necessary, without the need for manual recalculation. A spreadsheet can also perform many advanced calculations and can also display the information as a graphs, if required.
